Can an order be changed or canceled?

Once payment is made no changes or cancellations are possible. However, you can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery. The right of return is recoverable in my account> my orders> return a product.

Payment
I fail to pay on site, what to do?

Thank you to thoroughly check the code of your card, the card type, expiration date, security code on the back of your card and billing address.

If the problem persists try to pay by Paypal or Payzen or are connecting through another network or browser.

When am I charged for my purchase?

Your card will be charged immediately and a confirmation email and a summary of the products purchased will be sent. If you encounter a problem during the payment thank you to contact your bank.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard payments Payzen and Paypal.

Are my payments secure?

Joju uses the 3D Secure recognition system that allows the identification of the person before approval of payment for all compatible bank cards.

Delivery is € 4.90 per order. We currently deliver in metropolitan France. Your order will be delivered within 48-72h business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after its validation.

How to track my package?

You can always know the package delivery tracking by going to the GLS site: https://gls-group.eu and educate the parcel number in the 'Track & Trace'.

Returns
How to return a product?

If the item you bought does not fit we will for one reason or another, you can return it to us within 30 days from the delivery date.

To return your package, you simply print the corresponding right back in my account> my orders> return a product.

If the product does not have the desired size, you can have an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Just print out the corresponding return in my account> my orders> return a product and fill out the required information and return the order to the address mentioned.
